Nilam Partners grew from a recognition that intellectual property work in Malaysia was often transactional — filings processed without the deeper advisory conversation that helps clients understand what protection they were actually receiving.
The practice was built around a different approach: each matter begins with a thorough assessment of what the client is trying to protect, what the commercial objective is, and what filing strategy most directly serves that objective.
